GENERATING SETS SERVICES
Consultation – Assistance to the Sales department for Load Estimation, Sizing of D.G Sets, Installation of Diesel Generators, Civil Works, Layout Drawings, Piping, Power, and Control Cabling, Ducting for fresh air and exhaust gases.
Installation – Placement of D.G sets on plinth as per approved layout plan, Termination of all fuel piping, Earthing, Power and Control Cabling, Fuel Reservoir and Day Tanks, Electric Meter, Exhaust Tail-pipe extension, Air and Exhaust Ducting, Wall Mounting of Control/Auto Transfer Switch/Auto Mains fail Panels and all associated installation works.
Commissioning – Pre-commissioning Checks, Off-load test of D.G sets, Load Trials on customer’s available Load/Full Load trial on Resistive/Wet Load Bank, Engine Safety Monitoring and Simulation Safety checks and tests, Recording of all Engine and Alternator parameters, Sound and Vibration checks, Test of Engine and Alternator responses, final settings of Engine frequency, voltages and RPM.
Operator Guidance & Training – Pre-commissioning briefing to customer’s staff (D.G set operator) for proper operation, D.G set component identification, Starting and stopping procedures.
Annual Maintenance Contract – We undertake Annual Maintenance Contracts to ensure trouble-free performance and operation of our client’s D.G sets and allied equipment. We have an effective Preventive, Periodic and Breakdown Maintenance Plan in place, which ensures that the D.G sets of our clients are taken care of, even after expiry of the stipulated warranty period. Through our reliable and efficient services, we provide annual maintenance contracts to over 1000 D.G sets.
Base Overhauling & Alternator Maintenance – Our Service and maintenance department is fully equipped to Base overhaul all types of John Deere, Perkins and Cummins engines. Our overhauling expertise brings in 3 to 5 D.G sets per month for overhauling.
Local Manufacturing & Upgradation – Our Service Engineers have the capability of designing and manufacturing locally D.G set control panels, Auto Transfer Switches, Auto-Mains Failure Panels, Safety Monitoring Systems, Power Factor improvement plants and associated circuitry used in the Power Generation Industry. Software upgradation on Electronic versions of D.G sets with low smoke emissions is regularly and effectively carried out in consultation with our ingenious principals.
