Recruitment Process is based on Job Competency requirement as and when any vacancy exists in our Group. Our hiring philosophy is to hire the right person for the right job and at the right time. Key steps will be as under:
Screening of CVs by HR Expert based on Job Competency requirement.
Screened candidates will be called for initial interview with Line Manager and HR.
Shortlisted candidates will be called for second round of interview/ panel interview with Departmental Head and senior members.
One best candidate is selected based on job competency requirement and who supersedes other candidates.
The selected candidate will be required to submit academic credentials and other relevant documents.
Offer is given to the selected candidate.
Appointment letter is issued once candidate accepts the offer.
Reference Check will be conducted after candidate accepts the terms and conditions of employment and submits resignation to the present employer.
